you need to verify Millennium 2.2 again (I will try find STX and confirm)
start game, go to Saturn "view" (with moons) and you will see some sort of corruption in lower half where planet graphic is supposed to start

game time atm is:
21:46
18 June 2200

Unfortunately it is first time I been there, so maybe game time is important.

This version is from ASTGA (download a couple of days ago)

Cheers

I also just got this bug, not sure if its is a game bug or an image bug:
when game time goes to: 1 Jan 2220
something bogus happened when I when to another "satellite view" (orbiting) in Callisto (moon of Jupiter I think) it bugged out an I notice Date what funny: 1 Jan 0256

the interface still functions, but nothing is clickable, ie the game is unfinishable

I have screen shots of this and the post above if needed. I also have a game save from before 2017 game time.

What TOS version you use with Millennium ?
It has code sensitive on it - very low places executable.

Here is Millennium 2.2, what works from any TOS:  http://atari.8bitchip.info/ASTGA/M/mill22.php
STX images are OK.

I always have "My STE" with TOS 1.62 4MB (exactly like my real hardware - gone)

Yes, that is the version I have just been playing, the one that has problems later in game.

I did find 2 other ST versions, but I did not check them yet

I presume the STX was from Atari-Mania, I DL that one 1st, then find another later, but not check either of them yet (it was 2 days to get to that 2nd bug)

So it is possible that problem on originals too. But I had originals and 1st bug (Saturn view) was not in it. the 2nd Bug, maybe, I not remember exactly what problems I had with it.

It is shame, I had to sell ALL Atari HW+SW back in 1999, Millennium 2.2 was one of them. But if I can save enough money I can track all HW down again (and SW - had 100-200 Originals). I will look into this later, maybe in New Year (2013)..

Millennium 2.2 is just not well coded. It fails on higher TOS versions. And I have it - 2 floppy disks, Electric Dreams ed. . I compared STX images I made with those online - same.

You need to play on your config my special fix - ST image ...  It is actually hard disk adapt. , but works from floppy too. The point is that it installs TOS 1.04, where game works without problems.

is the one I used, which points to:
Quotehttp://atari.8bitchip.info/MILL22.ZIP
on the ASTGA link page above

I do remember having a couple of issues with Millennium 2.2, and I did end up getting a 1040STFM just because some thing would not run on the STE, but I am sure that was after I had played the game. Anyway I ran the game constantly for 2+ weeks in about 1998, but I can not remember if I finished it..

This is ST image with it:  http://atari.8bitchip.info/ASTGA/M/MILL22flo.ZIP - likely better for you than hard disk files.

And it is fresh version. May run from floppy, unlike previous hard disk adapt. I could add simple floppy version - with all files, deprotected - but it works only on lover TOS versions.  Instead it, this version installs TOS 1.04 in high RAM - therefore need for 1MB RAM min.
And I finsished this.
