Hi Ppera,

is it possible to add "Remove" button to your tool  drimg132.exe?
with that tool I can create new folder and add new files, but there is no possibility to remove them from SD card.

what for is that "Select All" button?

thanks

Of course, it is possible, and I have it in my plans for longer time . Certainly that it is needed.
Just that I'm currently in 68K assembler 'phase', and doing C on PC is little rusted  :)
I guess that when cold days come, can jump on it.

Select all : select all files in left window - little help for user - good mostly when there is a lot of files.

Hi Ppera!

Is it possible to add "Add Catalogue" function to next version of your program Driver Image? I and a lot of people want this function, because creating folders and adding all the files one by one is very annoying. Can you add this useful function, please :) ?

Regards

Martin

Everything is possible, I guess  :)
I know that it would be very useful. And if it would be easy, it would be already done. Fact is that it is like making complete FAT16 filesys driver in some OS - a lot of code needed.
Btw. you don't need to add files one by one - may select many from same DIR at once, or even all by pressing Ctrl-A in Win.

One of the reasons why I put DriveImage improvement in background is that I prefer now TOS/DOS compatible partitioning. And with it you can do all transfers with Total Commander .
In any case, it has chance to be done once. Depends from many things...

I know about that, but it's still very annoying, especially if in the directory are more catalogues with some files.

Which tool is the best for TOS/DOS partitioning?

Only Hddriver and my partitioner can do TOS/DOS compatible partitioning. Hddriver with only 1 partition.
Mine with up to 14 .  So partitioned drives (Flash cards) can be accessed under DOS, Windows, Linux without extra SW. On Atari must use their drivers - so Hddriver  or  my driver for my partitioning.  Here is somewhere link for it (including IDE driver) among posts ...  It is not planned as freeware, but if you look little around posts here, will find it. In fact it is not 100% complete version, but partitioning self works well and fast.

I found your driver here Should this driver working with SD cards (Satandisk) ?

Those drivers are for IDE interfaces, while you need ACSI driver for your Satan. Is it Satan or UltraSatan ?
What is capacity of SD card(s) you use ?

This is Satan (not ultra). I will buy 1GB or 2GB card for it. Now i have 256 MB card partitioned with Hddriver (GEMDOS filesystem).
My Atari computers:

Satandisk normally can work with max 1GB SD cards - read about in Jookie site.  But with my driver up to 2GB (non HCSD cards) .
So, if you buy 2 GB, will be limited on my driver only.
I recommend that go here:  http://atari.8bitchip.info/DiskImgPP1.html
DL 256 MB variant. It will work straight with your Satan - is prepartitioned and has correct driver installed/set. You may delete games if not like them.
With bigger card you will have more partitions and may see benefits of simple boot partition change and easy file transfer with PC.
Only bad things in all this is Windows XP - it normally sees only first partition on removable drives, but there is cure against it too.

PS: Can you repair DL link for xpfildrv ? I want to use it, but this link is broken (404 error)

PS2: Should xpfildrv working with Windows 7?
