No partitioner free versions planned. Only DOS compatible drivers. But you still can DL TOS/DOS compatible partitioner with drivers :

DL IDETDD.ZIP . It is not 100 % finished - extra functions are not implemented. But full partitioning works well.
I now working on new partitioner, with different GUI and little different functions - and there will be support for new type IFs too - as CATA and ACSI-CF . Hopefully will complete it before fall :)
