I made hard disk adapts of 3 Dino Dini games: Kick Off, Kick Off 2 + World Cup 90, Player Manager (En. + Fr. versions). It was not easy because games perform different saves, searches on floppies with saves. And there are even some smaller bugs in Player Manager floppy detection code.
Unlike by Kick Off patch made by 'great' D-Bug with mine you can play League Tournament and save/load progress.
I see some other Kick Off versions, like Final Whistle . Don't know are they worth to deal with. Let me know if you want something more from Dino - while I still remember related things ::)
